You've landed in the archive of the Cambrian House community. We've kept some pages here for posterity but the community is no longer active. Now we market the technology that made our early crowdsourcing a success.
Can we help you get to Cambrian House the company? – Come on over.

The Cambrian House Crew
Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.Thomas Edison
Cambrian House began as a crowdsourcing community using a wisdom of crowds based approach to discover new business and technology ideas. These pages are being kept online as a technology demo to showcase Chaordix™.
Looking to harness the power of your crowd? Find out about Chaordix™ - technology that enables enterprises to get the most out of crowdsourcing.

Once submitted, your idea is ready for candid community feedback. Would they buy it? Does it exist already? Or, are they itching to help you build it?
Tap into the wisdom of the crowd. After all, the success of a good idea is measured by demand not inventor passion.
You will start getting feedback the second your idea is submitted. The community begins voting on your idea once your IdeaWarz submission goes live. Weekly winners are choosen by the crowd who will then become contestants in the IdeaWarz Tournament of Champions.
The IdeaWarz Tournament of Champions will run every quarter and competition is fierce! Weekly Winners know their ideas have traction, and so further refine their ideas by creating logos, copy and even a video pitch.
So the community likes your idea, and so does your mom. But, we still recommend you market test your idea before investing more time and effort.
A market test usually consists of a brochure website (home, how it works, faq, contact), pay-per-click advertising (i.e. Google AdWords) and website analytics (i.e. Google Analytics). How many people are searching for your idea right now? How many visit your site? Do they ask for more info? Would they pre-order your product?
In short: if there's an appetite, invest further. If the market isn't interested, cut it. It may seem harsh, but it works.
