Mistakes will be made. But if a person is essentially right, the mistakes he or she makes are not as serious in the long run as the mistakes management will make if it undertakes to tell those in authority exactly how they must do their jobs.

Cawlin shared this link alletronic.com
with me. They have just launched the exact business I was proposing. Oh well, at least I get some satisfaction knowing I'm not that far off base. And for all the naysayers who said it couldn't work or that it was too big to handle or Saturn was in the wrong orbit, listen to me next time. Happy

And for those who may speculate that I stole the idea, well I didn't. When I proposed this idea you couldn't find anything on Google about that company, that's how new they are.

Anyway, they have opened the api to developers so there may be some new opportunities.

Also, I would be looking to put a little investment money on this one.

Interviewables, it seems to prove some concept.

Except, credit card company's all ready have itemized bills. So, where is the innovation? Now the casher dose not have to ask me if I want a receipt.

I don't see how that company fixed any of the problems that were stated in the comments of your idea. So, if you truly wanted to fix up the API you could work on solving the comments that pledged your idea in the first place.

Thanks for the comments.

Kevin, since they are the first to store the information they now have the upper hand. No consumer is going to want to have their receipts stored on more than one site. Now they just give away the api and other companies will write the software that will send the information to them. They are gonna be big. Keep an eye on them.

If you were keen on this idea before, you might want to revisit before writing it off. Someone got a head start on interviewables' excellent idea. At least a few of us think it will soon be a big business. I don't think it is too late for some at CH to be a part of it. In the idea comments I am proposing that we build it from the consumer perspective, and that will strongly supplement the marketing to businesses.
