This is all fine and dandy.
Knowing I had this money, I had found someone to do some work with me through CH and we signed a contract and everything was going smoothly, including 2 payments out to him.
Then all this vencorps and CH closing down news comes to light. I think I'm in trouble with my contract. But no, I receive multiple promises that I have 4 months left to finish up any contracts through CH. Super.
I talk to Gord about cashing it out, and we made a binding agreement that he would cash out all of my remaining cambros if he doesn't get me a proposal about why I should keep them in CH to finish up the contract instead of cashing them out directly to me and paying it out later. I agree to this agreement and wait.
All of a sudden, Cambros are no longer able to be transferred. I get a message from Gord saying how he was 100% serious about the agreement, but he doesn't want to go through with it anymore. He tells me to contact the heads of CH, and I do, weeks ago, with no response.
So, now I'm stuck in a contract I can't pay because of the lies CH keeps piling on.
Am I legally entitled to something here? What can I do about it?
Thanks,
Shawn
