This idea is very rough and *DEFINITELY* OPEN for *DEBATE* and *DISCUSSION*.

We need a system setup that can do the following.

*Accept payments - both large and small from systems such as PayPal, credit/check cards, and direct deposit.
*It will record all transactions.
*It should allow to display recent transactions, possibly publicly.
*It should allow to display an invested balance to individuals.
*It should keep a pool of money that acts as capital for the business. A general fund of sorts
*It should allow for payments from the general fund to external entities.
*It should adhere to proper account practices.
*It should be able to be audited.
*It should be secure.
*It should allow for dividend payments to fund contributors accounts.
* A nice API.

There are probably more possible requirements.

We will probably need a multi-disciplinary team to work on this - people who are familiar with accounting, finance, web programming, etc.
