Someone To Become Partners

I need someone who is willing to become a partner in this business, and maybe invest half of registering the domain. We will hire others to market, and some of the marketing will be done by myself and whoever is a partner. I am in the process of designing the website, but I am nearly out of funds as for registering the domain. I do have the copyright pending!
