Summary
When you think about working... there is a giant Catch-22, most jobs, at least most decent jobs, requires experience. To get experience, you need to work on that job, creating a Catch-22 for a large percentage of the working masses.
Now, employers always want to spend as little as possible to get the work done, and maybe employees wouldn't mind taking a little less if they could get their foot in the door and earn some experience, that is where Work 4 Experience comes into play.
It would be similar to monster.com, where employers search for employees, and employees search for employers. But, the difference is, these are going to be mostly jobs for around minimum wage, that way the employer can get cheap work, and the employers can get their foot in the door and earn some experience.
Creating revenue is possible through a few ways. Advertising is always one easy easy to create some revenue. Next, is employers. Employment agencies charge big bucks to find employees for the companies
