kiosk personalised wine

We personalise wine for business and consumers. This business has been going for 17 years, however personalised single bottles of wine has really only becoming popular in the last 2-3 years.

I want to be make sending wine as popular as "sending flowers". ie don't send flowers, send wine.

I want to be able to create "personalised wine kiosks" in larger capital cities where the wine, label printing facilities are available, a staff member can do all the work, and have a courier pick up the personalised wine and deliver it the same way florists do with flowers.
