The Windows Editor will be a application for editing the looks/languages of your Windows environment. You can manually edit the boot screen, the shell strings and icons, and much more.

On the net, many packs exist which change the look and feeling of your Windows. But those packs contain fixed graphics.

Wouldn't it me much nicer if you could edit the graphics and language strings on your own?

For more advanced users of Windows, this isn't much of a problem, but for the common user, who wants to change the look of Windows, this might be a nice solution..
