Update: I have created a sample outline of the topics of this "application" that will:

1) Help business owners identify their "Issues & Problems".
2) Direct them to "Processes, Solutions, & Strategies".
3) Develop an application utilizing business logic, work flow, and triggers to lead business owners through a step-by-step process/project/plan.
