Hello my idea is simple.
A gateway for internet transactions like paypal, but with or with out account.
Bob buys a toy from Roger. They don't have any type electronic payment setup. Roger goes to the web site and create a bill for Bob that is linked to Roger credit card or bank account. Bob gets the bill buy email and logs on to pay the bill on the web site. Bob can select witch method he prefers, credit card, debit card, bank account, etc. and then the transaction is done for a transaction fee.
Simple clean and fast.
Users can have an option for an account or not. This enables small business or individuals to get credit card transactions for a low by usage fee.
