A unique toilet design for use in three comfortable positions: sitting facing either front or back, and squatting. The bowl is redesigned to match the seat. The lid, when closed resembles to top of a chair carved for comfort.
US design patents have been acquired for open and closed versions of the seat design (D461,546 and D472 622), as well as Industrial Design registration in Canada where you may see an image of the seat and lid (96229 - TOILET )
Prototypes have been produced. The seat fits on existing toilets, however only looks good on a matching bowl which has not yet been produced. My challenge at this time is finding manufacturers who could modify existing moulds (to all current flush specifications) to produce it.
My preference would be to license it.
