I want to build a site that promotes making thieves look stupid.
The basic premise is that you and your buddies should plan a stakeout, placing some item in area where it is likely to be stolen. When some unsuspecting thief comes along and tries to steal that item you pelt him unmercifully with paintball guns. One member of your group should be taping the event which will then be published on the site for the world to see.

In this way I hope to eliminate crime, or at least have fun getting back at the thieves out there.
