Summary
Most accidents happen because people drive under the influence of alcohols. There has been cases where people are caught drinking while driving too.
Some of the systems (for offenders) that exist presently have a system where people have to blow in to start the car and then they can go on. However, I seek to introduce a steering wheel which does not puncture your skin but can detect alcohol content (on the same principle of bloog sugar detection without piercing the skin) in the body.
This will be a good law enforcement tool which can be introduced on the same lines as handsfree for cell phones.
