Summary
Have you ever been stuck in traffic, wishing you could have know there was an accident ahead, before you got caught up in the back-up? Or how about needing to find the nearest gas-station in an unfamiliar city? The basic idea is to guide a user from point 'A' to point 'B' the fastest way possible, taking into account current road conditions. The interface would be either computer or cellphone (blackberry?) and users could also upload current traffic details etc. via SMS/text messaging the site. User's could also enter other route/location info to the site, like favourite restaurants etc. The business model would be a two-tier system for users; one free for basic data entry and route info, and a subscription to give enhanced functionality. There would also be an advertising component for local businesses to capitalize on location/time-specific targeted ads to users.
