alternative casino dynamo economic energy farming living sustainable

take any rural town or village and open a private casino,or card hall for games of chance.

Ok i know thats illigal, but the town or village realy need to attract people into the area to give it a much needed economical boost.

there are exceptions to the law and the criminal code allowing gambling or games of chance under certian conditions.

ie playing at home ,or a hostel where 50% of the player live there.
no access to the public, charitable organiistation raising funds.
set limits, small stakes ect ect.

Basicly my idea is to use the law,of that particular state or country one way or another to allow you to do it legaly.

ie i buy a huge building for next to nothing in the country
i turn it into my own private club and it,s my residence.
my first member wants to join so i sell him half my property put him on the deed ,and the property becomes his residents also as well as an investment in the club /company.

legal contracts are prepared so that any new members paying the price to own a share of the building or charitable company that owns the building can participate within the private setting that the law allows.

ie using real money as a donation to get in and join the fun & play money to ganmle with and have a good night out.

in realty nobody has gambled anything or won anything of real value but they have all invested that money in the building and company that own it .

they become share holders of a charitable company that owns a building that attacts people into the town and spend money.

The building will quickly pay for itself and produce a surplass of cash which the charitable company uses to employ people .

also as a charitable corporation will have no tax to pay ,members can write of donations as a tax write off .

as a charitable corporation i do belive qualifieds for a lines of credit or government grants to do wonderfull things.

mean while the members renovate the old hotel next door the resturant up the street and business opertunitys start to apear.

at the end of the day this casino or texas holdem hall call it what you will is just a social club that brings many people together in the real world.
they will not be gambling but investing every penny they spend not just in the buildings but in the company itself.

every new member they introduce will benifit the whole organisation.

I dont know if a regular corporation, that could be floated on the stock market would be viable but a charitable corporation could do a lot of good things.

ie promote a sustainable village or town or alternative energy centre

i see the butcher the baker the candle stick maker and all the work horses in the feild & stable,

people realy working the good old fashion way, the hard way i know, but it would be a great tourist attraction and an oppertunity to educate & learn.

learn how to mix and blend new technology with the old ways that are being lost, it will create a lot of work and you won,t need to travel in a car to get there.

Buy the hydro electric plant & the sewage processing system and turn the whole town into the worlds best alternitave energy centre !

everyone online can buy into this ,you buy shares in the project or company or go live there yourself !

Just do it . make it work . and we will roll it around the world !
