lab program usb

There are open labs in schools, libraries, and internet cafes everywhere. People us their USB or CD's with those computers, and work on projects or listen to music. When their time is up sometimes people hit log out and leave their USB or CD's still in the computer without even knowing it. These USB may have major projects or private data that are priceless to replace.

I want to create a program that will stop computers from login off for a preset period of time; the computer will then use its internal speakers to beep and alert the user that there is something wrong. A message will appear on the screen that says you have left something in the computer. The internal speaker will make two sounds to alert you if you are walking away. After about 20 seconds the computer will finish its log out, the next user to use the computer will be notified to give the USB or CD to the system administrator.
