This is an online bank that helps you save for things you want to purchase, linking to actual retailers that sell that item.

You can make a deposit and have that deposit allocated to a "virtual piggy bank" to save for individual wish list items.

That wish list item would then be connected to a retailer (or group of retailers).

You receive the item: 1. When you've saved enough to buy it. 2. The retailer lowers their price causing you to automatically purchase it.

Retailers could view how many people are saving for a typical item, and how much they are willing to pay. If they see enough people to make it worth their effort, they could instantly lower their price and recognize the revenue.
