Summary
A simple to use online old photo database were anyone with an old photo of a known place can upload it without registration and link it to a address.So people looking for old photo's of there house or places in there town can search and find them easily.
Maybe also have a place on the site for photo's of unknown places that people can help locate.
I've had this Idea for a long time and see Flickr has integrated maps now but the interface isn't very easy to use and is geared more for current photo's .
