The project idea is about a new form of payment gateway that caters to those who dont own a credit or ATM card or debit card. They are the internet newbies. At the a high speed rate of internet penetration world wide, the internet newbies will outgrow the internet oldies. This is where we will position this product idea. This system is being used in the selling of prepaid loads and pin cards in the Philippines via the internet and mobile phones. The same method and principle can be applied to other e-commerce transactions like money transfer or remittance , e-payment (ex. payment of electric bills, e-banking).
