Summary
A lot of people in the world are proud gardeners. In fact mankind is know to (re)shape his surroundings since the earliest of times. My Idea would be a website where people not only can show their gardens (e.g. pictures/pod casts) but also list the plants they have. These plants are linked to a database with descriptions of the plants. I'm also thinking of a blog like day-to-day diary that people can keep. Notification of when the time is right to sow certain veggies based on location and moon. This kind of stuff. Of course people can have plant/garden friends and start chats about their garden or take an (rss) supscription.
Money would be generated by showings advertisements of for example books, supplies, magazines, gardens, seeds, nurseries, etc or by people answering questions on a paid basis.
