I have an idea about personal network contact online storage like del.icio.us. It provides a secure solution to store cell phone contacts in case you drop the cell phone and is accessible anywhere with internet access. All contacts will be encrypted in database with provided encryption algorithms. Only users know the algorithm decryption codes that are not stored in database. Every time the users retrieve contacts from database, they need provide algorithm code to decrypt. otherwise they get encrypted data. And the contact data transportation is encrypted SSL connection. All the above can resolve the safety concerns.
The website also provide click to call, sending greeting email, birthday reminder email etc to help users to connect their network.
It targets business persons. It is free for a certain number of contacts storage. Exceeding that number you will be charged monthly.
