Connects job seekers to organizations that represent values and causes that are most important to them.
Most web sites let you pick an industry and a function -- this would be more concerned with values/causes and functions.
On the collaborative/folksonomy side, members submit company names and tag them based on their core ideology, business purpose, mission, etc. Tagging will likely need ranking or filtering, members ranked as experts might have higher weighting when evaluating companies.
On the jobs side, it would aggregate from the big job sites, categorizing based on company or job descriptions that fit values/causes. For some cause-based organizations, they may elect to post directly to this service.
