I'm going to try to describe the Idea in more details here.
You would start off by sign up ( I'm thinking monthly fee ) You will get a start off package a fighter an arena and a few downloads each month. Each time you downloads songs from the site you will earn UMM cash. ( I'm thinking 10 downloads will equal one free download ) the cash is then used in fights if you win you earn what ever amount you bet. the cash can also be used to buy more music downloads. If you are a great fighter then you will never have to pay for downloads again!
Downloads = .99 / UMM cash $1000.00
Every Download you earn UMM cash $100.00

Fighting game similar to Gwabs, Software will have a music download section think Limewire. The more music you buy the more things you unlock, characters. arenas, weapons, have this keep growing as new artist come out. might even able to make money from the artist wanting to add a game feature when there song is downloaded.
