My idea is people will use their mobile to submit,searchfind jobs & employees with precision of area relevancy,references broadcast(cell broadcast).
it wont take speacial apps to e installed for the job seekers but just sms,s from registering to finding jobs.he can use the mobile profile for the initial process & further choose o update is resume/or just mail his resume to us with thecode provide to us & it will e linked to his profile. on the web interface or get in touch with the emplyersfor further processing.
employers will use j2me applications or the web interface to search & find people as their job is more data serch intensive & skimming through the profiles..
