Overview:
PHP or web program that allows webmasters to divide revenue between all registered members.
Members could view their account balance in their profile.
When the balance reaches a certain amount, the user could click a button and request a payout.
The program would also have to be a secure user-registration program that keeps track of all registered members, or it would have to work in conjunction with a registration program.
