"An easy web 2.0 free network of jobs"
There are 2 aspects:
1) the individuals
2) the companies
1) People are always looking for new and better opportunities. So the basics are: they will be able to add their own area - NOT CV but an area with their profile, skills, previous jobs blah blah.
2) Companies need people... the best people. So they can also add a profile and on that add their open positions with the prerequisites.
So now the people can browse through jobs or go to the company's profile where they want to work. And the companies can view profiles.
Some extras:
- People can add skills like "Junior PHP Development"
- Companies don't want people applying without the skills so their dashboard will have categories like "Fully Skilled Applicants" and "Unskilled Applicants"
- Users will be able to set their preference like country, job hours etc and when they browse for jobs it will be filtered
