This will be a mashup service of sorts. It takes the hottest parts of web 2.0 and combines them into one hot new service. The web page is a combination of digg.com and myspace. Its a user driven community in which you have your own space you are free to dress up as you please, have friends, blogs and any other type service that may interest you. the home page is filled with user created playlists that everyone member or not is free to listen to. This playlists make it to the homepage via digg style user popularity. So in essence the user decides what is hot in the world of music. I also envision ipod integration. Amazon and Itunes integration as well. You can visit your friends pages and check out there music playlists search by genre, popularity what ever. And if you like it...with a click of a button....Iplayed.it and if you get enough plays your music is homepage bound.
