Holiday Birthday is to be held on the 8th of August every year.
www.holidaybirthday.com is a work in progress that aims to attract 100,000 visitors a month and generate a revenue stream from advertising.
It will officially start on the 8/8/2008 of this year.
Any one who has a birthday that falls near or on a holiday, for example Christmas, New Year, Easter can apply for a free Holiday Birthday Certificate.
They can use the tools on holidaybirthday.com to tactfully (or not!) spread the word to their family and friends that they would prefer to celebrate their birthday on August 8th and have a party with gifts and cards instead of the double gift they have been receiving for years.
