A site that offers canned and personalized personals ads for online date-seekers. For a small fee (or even free) people could input certain data into several fields and then populate a pre-written, well-written, and effective (and maybe random/changing) personals ad - maybe choosing between tone (serious, playful, funny, sporty). And then for a larger fee, they could employ the use of a professional writer to help them write a personals ad that truly reflects who they are via clear copy and is certain to help them better get the dates they want. Some people aren't able to communicate as well through the written word - but that doesn't mean they should go dateless. They probably have other awesome qualities - like tying fancy bows or something.
