Summary
Red Beards Retreat is to be a Pirate Themed Hotel, capitalizing on both the tourist industry, and the recent interest in Pirates and Historical Themes. By providing a year round, indoor, water park, combining it with a themed hotel, and restaurant we will provide the ultimate in dinning and vacation experiences. While this may not be the most inventive idea, it is certainly a lucrative one. The three things that I've noticed over the years in the service industry is that in order to make money you need an idea, timing, and location. Fortunately for all those involved in this venture all three are available and ready for the taking, provided the right group of people can get together and make it happen. This venture will take interior designers, architects, business financiers, as well as those in business law.
