Summary
The Idea is a Bar where the customers are equipped with an E-card. This E-card contains personal information’s about the customer including his favorite drinks etc.
In order to get access to the Bar the customer must be registratede through his E-card.
The bar will then keep an account over the customer’s visits, and how much the customer uses/the amount he spends in the Bar.
The reason for this is that a customer, when visited the bar 100 times, becomes a V.I.P. customer. A V.I.P. customer is a customer that’s entitled to a percentage of the margin of the Bar!
10 percent of the margin in the Bar is dedicated to these V.I.P. customers. The amount each V.I.P customer gets is then again depending on how many money, he has spend in the Bar.
The idea is in my view a beauty, because it has a lot of “build in” benefits:
In store marketing: Let your V.I.P friend pay quot; He can't afford not to!
Trouble: You know who the troublemakers are.
You have the opportunity to make each and every customer feel special, because you know what he wants.
Etc. etc….
I hope you have got the essence of this short version of this idea. (My English isn't as good as it has been ) And I'm sure you can find other areas where you could put this idea to work. It doesn't have to be in a bar…..
