I would like to build an ad network that serves bluetooth ads to wireless cell phone customers when within range of the towers. This could be very successful in busy cities as anyone with bluetooth enabled on their phones would recieve the ad to their mobile phone automatically when walking / driving within range of the provider's system. This could be a huge financially rewarding system for all involved. I have first hand experience with ppc / cpa / ptc networks and I believe bluetooth advertising would be something worth investing in.

Scenario

Imagine walking down say any major busy shopping street in any major city and presto you get a message auto on your phone because bluetooth on cell phones is on by default now. Could be an ad for a shop just down the street with specials for the day.
