This techcrunch article gave me some interesting ideas on how Jumble Lunch could be built on LinkedIn's API or it could just bypass LinkedIn altogether and just build Jumble Lunch on Facebook.

Some interesting possibilities.

I think, LinkedIn would be more appropiate choice when compared to Facebook. As LinkedIn is built more around the professionals, who are most likely be using JL type service. Whereas Facebook is a social networking site, and mostly people join it not for professional networking.

However, if a mixture of both the APIs could be possible that would be great. In that way, JL can capture both the audiences.
