I wrote a 374 page book on the topic of business planning, I have also written many plans, and helped and coached clients to write their plans.
The issue in writing a business plan cannot be adequately addressed by answering a series of questions. Every problem I have seen in people writing their plans is they are either not organized, not organized their thinking, but the big issue with writing a 'complete' business plan is their "business model" or lack thereof.
