Market Tests and IdeaWarz Update

Hi all,

Many of you have been asking us what’s going on with the existing market tests, Gwabs and BigHal, as well as the next steps for IdeaWarz.

The team is currently focusing heavily on the next rev of IdeaWarz. Mining the top ideas from our pool is one of the most important pieces of our business model - which is why we need to nail it.

Our existing market tests, Gwabs and BigHal, are going to be extended into September. We may do another market test soon but our first priority is getting the next rev of IdeaWarz.

Can’t wait to see the new IdeaWarz build!!

Looks like the ‘crowdsourcing’ concept is building more and more steam.

Jeff Howe (Wired editor who co-coined the term) has a cool post on his site (www.crowdsourcing.com) about www.sellaband.com. Sellaband is a crowdsourcing site that aims to have the crowd fund emerging bands. Jeff was an early supporter of Cambrian House, getting the word out on his site and in interviews.

Also, one of my Top-5 fave bloggers — Hugh Macleod over at at www.gapingvoid.com — has also tipped his hat recently to Cambrian House. Hugh’s takes on marketing 2.0 (microbranding, minpreneurs, etc.) are always worth the read and his cartoons will make you LOL if not PYP :-)

Check them out and contribute your voice to the growing crowdsourcing community.
