I have devised a set of proposals of a web-site which will cover the 2008 United States Presidential Election. Basically I have outlined a web-site should be set-up which enable voters around the world (in U.S. and around the world) to cast a cyber-vote on a cyber-election, and at the same time make a donation in equal measure to their chosen candidates campaign fund, & candidates chosen charity. I would propose that as little as a dollar can be donated, with not maximum limit, and the donation proceed are divided equally between the voter chosen candidates campaign fund, and their candidates chosen charity. I would propose that “The Dollar Debate” is on-going poll in the lead-up to the Election Day, showing which candidate is the most popular in the polling. I would propose there are live statistic showing the different rates of the Democratic, Republican, & Independent candidate, the days, weeks and months leading up to election day in November 2008. Also I would propose that there are web-pages dedicated to showing how much money is raised for various different candidates campaign funds, and candidates chosen charities. I would conclusively show which candidates followers are the most charitable, and will to back their chosen candidates campaign funds the most. I would suggest that like myspace.com & internet web-sites, that “The Dollar Debate” is self-financing by selling advertising space on it’s web-site. Also I would propose that the owner of the commercial right to “Dollar Debate” sell commercial rights of the web-site when other election are held in other major western country, like Britain, France, Germany etc, (e.g. The Pound Debate, The Euro Debate etc).

Advantages.

1. The web-site would be a live opinion poll in the lead up to the U.S. Presidential Election.
2. The three main candidates in the Presidential election would raise significant funds for there respective political campaigns.
3. The respective candidates chosen charities will raise significant amount of money.
4. The Dollar Debate web-site will be (like myspace.com) self financing, as it will sell large amount of advertising space on its web-site.
5. The concept of The Dollar Debate could & should be replicated for election in other major western countries elections. As such the commercial owner of the I.P. right of The dollar debate have a valuable I.P. Commodity to sell in the future, thus increasing their revenue in comparison to initial outlay.
6. The amount of money raised for different candidates political campaigns will be shown on the web-site.
7. The amount of money raised for different candidates chosen charity will be shown on the web-site.
8. The web-site will conclusively show which candidates supporter are the most charitable.
9. The Web-site will show which candidates supporter are the most generous in financial contributions to their chosen candidates campaign fund.
