Help us to grow OGGtours!
We need self-motivated individuals willing to create and moderate audio tours of their local areas. Not only is it easy to be an OGGtour moderator, but it is also incredibly fun. To get started all you need is a few pictures and some basic information about your selected destination. Over time your tour will develop as others add contributions. You are encouraged to invite your friends, neighbors, local experts and scholars to add audio and/or textual content to your tour. Once there is enough interesting material we will help you convert your submission into a simple iPod Mp3 audio tour, iPhone mobile tour, and even a GPS-guided tour!
Your responsibilities as an OGGtour moderator will be 4-fold:
1. Create and facilitate the development of audio tours for points of interest in your city, state or country.
2. Assure that existing tours are factual and appropriate.
3. Locate sponsors and local businesses willing to advertise on your tours.
4. Promote your OGGtours locally.
