This is basically a job for someone who's great at PHP and mysql. Of course, it is much much more valuable if this person understands and has worked with Wordpress previously. Someone who knows the difference between Wordpress MU and Wordpress is even better. However, someone with great PHP and mysql experience could figure it out.
Essentially this job will help to write a plugin or other modification to Wordpress MU to enable the capturing of extra user information. I have an example of a plugin that basically does this for Wordpress and so it could possibly be modified to work with Wordpress MU. Or even some other integration with Wordpress MU would be fine too.
Pay is negotiable and would be in RPs.
My RP philosophy: Keep costs extremely low and turn revenue as quickly as possible so that RPs have value and start paying.
