This is basically a job for someone who's great at javascript or can learn it quickly. Knowledge of the Google Map API is very beneficial since most of the work will be designing this. Knowledge of the Marker Manager in Google Maps API or other method of managing large numbers of data points in the Google Map mashup is very desired. Part of the work has already been done. The goal is to really take it to the next level.

Pay is negotiable and would be in RPs.

My RP philosophy: Keep costs extremely low and turn revenue as quickly as possible so that RPs have value and start paying.
